We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to guests at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee the entire food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and in-room dining

· Ensure the highest standards of quality and service are consistently delivered in all food and beverage outlets

· Develop and implement F&B strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

· Monitor and manage all F&B outlets to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively

· Develop and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

· Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus that meet guest needs and exceed expectations

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

· Stay updated on industry trends and competition, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

· Train, motivate, and mentor a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

· Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

· At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or an upscale restaurant environment

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

· Ability to work flexible hours

· In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including culinary techniques, menu planning, and service standards

· Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively

· Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
