We are looking to attract an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and specific expertise at number of HR processes, e.g. recruitment, internal communication, learning and development, employee relations etc.
Core work activities:
- Ensuring efficient HR processes and policies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives and contribute to their achievement
- Responsible for recruitment end-to-end process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews)
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, job boards, university boards, recruitment agencies and events, incl. creating and managing recruitment events calendar)
- Responsible for internal communication – support engagement initiatives, updates of internal communication boards and common mailing groups etc.
- Be the main point of contact and provide operational support to Heads of Departments, employees and leadership
- Responsible for employee relations and initiatives (performance appraisal, development initiatives, recognition programs, salary reviews, L&D calendar etc.)
- Empower employees to provide excellent customer service and strive to improve employee service performance
- Promote a culture of excellence, dedication, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Conduct on-boarding and exit procedures
- Support the administration and the payroll process of the hotel
- Ensure GDPR and Health & Safety compliance
- Advise on Bulgarian employment law and employee relations issues
- Active participation in other various HR projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of study - Hotel/Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant
- 3+ years of previous experience in human resource processes
- People skills
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience with HR systems and tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel would be considered a plus
- Good level of English (at least B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Being proactive and self-driven in problem resolution as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday tasks and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
